Founded in 2004 in Edinburgh, Scotland, we provide high quality, professional and affordable psychology services.
All of our services have well being at their core. In some cases this means helping overcome problems and difficulties. However, we also believe in maximising potential and having the right employee-role fit as a starting point for job satisfaction and fulfilment, with the clear benefit of efficiency and productivity.
Our Organisation clients have come from private, education and voluntary sectors.
Our vision and ethics
We believe strongly in well-being, both at individual and organisational level. Our services are built on this foundation. We strive to be:
We care passionately about people. Our services are person-centred, non judgemental and focused on caring for people and organisations. This includes chief executives looking after their stress levels, managers facing difficult pressures (including possible redundancies), employees coping with increasing work demands, the unemployed and all the range of experiences that life throws at us – relationship issues, bereavements, stress, anxiety, depression, self esteem, confidence and the list goes on.
Our team of psychologists and coaches are highly qualified and accredited by a range of professional bodies. We believe in the importance of recognised training, continuing professional development, supervision, formal qualifications and the right experience. We operate within strict ethical boundaries, included practicing within our professional competence, respecting all individuals, maintaining client confidentiality, and acting with integrity and responsibility at all times.
We understand the importance of tailoring all services to the unique needs of every individual and organisation. This is one of the key aspects that sets the Craigie Partnership apart. Our job as professional psychologists and coaches is to work with the best interests of the client. One shoe most certainly does not fit all, and we pride ourselves in ensuring our services are bespoke and tailored to suit all needs and all budgets. As an ethically minded business, we don’t sell clients what they don’t need and work hard to ensure you get the best value for money.
